The team were excellent and engaging. Keeping me informed of what was happening during the procedure. They were friendly and caring and made the experience/procedure less counting than it actually was.

Treatment clinic - Clover; my husband and were very happy with Huda. She explained very clearly about the catheter and gave us a choice of self catherisation/permanant inserted catheter. She took time to explain about the bladder and prostate and other possible options we may consider.

Everybody were very helpful, and considerate. Doctor gave a very good explanation about what was being done and how it was being. First class.
